Do you remember the moment you became WOKE? For some of us, books and films are responsible for drastic changes in our worldview. For too many of us, traumatic experiences were the cause of paradigm shifts that brought us to where we are, politically.
THINK THE WOKE VERSION OF YOUR FAVORITE BOARD GAME.
The Freedom Games are our attempt to recreate that moment by curating a positive experience for Black folks on the verge of radicalization. Each event is open to 7-10 Black folks who are willing to engage in sincere, but light-hearted politically and culturally oriented play that will challenge them mentally and emotionally to discover their own capacity for movement contribution.
